Here are some tips to get the most out of the NACCU Conference!

Weather

Check the Orlando weather forecast before you finish packing.  The average high is 78°.

What to Wear

Dress for the Conference is business casual.  Nights (and some meeting rooms) can get chilly, so pack a sweater or light jacket.

Shoes! Shoes! Shoes!

Bring a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Depending upon where your room is located, you may have a bit of a walk to the Conference area. Any touring you do after Conference hours will likely involve some walking. The Pre-Conference tour will also include walking.

NACCU Fitness

The Fun Run/Walk will be Tuesday morning. You will also have complimentary access to La Vida Fitness Center featuring free weights, cardiovascular and Cybex equipment, plus massage and aromatherapy treatments

Saturday Night Meet and Greet

If you are traveling alone or would like to have a place to meet friends, join us for the Saturday Night Meet and Greet. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and you can make plans for the rest of your evening.

Exhibit Hall Grand Opening and Opening Reception

Join us Sunday evening at 6:00 pm as we officially roll out the red carpet for the 15th Annual NACCU Conference.  Please note there are pre-conference activities that occur on Saturday and Sunday prior to the Grand Opening.

Open Evenings

We don’t want you to miss a single educational event during the day, so the Conference is designed to leave your nights free to meet with friends, colleagues and business associates.

To receive conference news and publications, send your email and mailing addresses to office@naccu.org. NOTE: If you are a member of NACCU, you will automatically receive these updates.
