NACCU 17th Annual Conference

SPECIAL PROGRAMS

Mentor Program

The Mentor Program for first-time attendees has been highly successful at helping those new to NACCU get the most out of their Conference experience. Sign up when registering. Your mentor will introduce you to other attendees and help guide you through the sessions and events.

Email Brian Bollich at bbollich@unomaha.edu if you would like to register as a mentor.

Internet Cafe

Stay in touch with your office during the Conference, check the NACCU Facebook posts and photos, or print boarding passes at the Internet Café. The Conference Evaluation will be available on the Internet Café stations after lunch on Wednesday.

The Internet Cafe is sponsored by Pharos Systems.

Guest Tickets

Tickets can be purchased for guests to join us at the Opening Reception, Corporate Appreciation Luncheon, or Awards Luncheon at $50 per person per event. Guest tickets can be purchased for the Round-Up at $100 per person.

Tickets can be purchased during registration, or by visiting the registration desk at the Conference.

Shuttle Service

Shuttles will be provided on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings to offer the opportunity to visit Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. The shuttle schedule will be available at the registration desk.

Green Initiatives

NACCU continues to evaluate and reduce the environmental impact of the Conference. Session Power-Point files will be available online for download before, during, and after the Conference. Several Conference publications will also be made available digitally.

Water will be provided at stations available around the Conference, and attendees are encouraged to use sponsor provided sport bottles.

A recycle table will be provided for you to leave your extra Conference materials, finished books, and magazines. Donate unwanted items and pick up someone else’s left-behind treasures.

We are sure you will continue to see changes that will reduce waste while helping to enhance your Conference experience. Your suggestions are welcome!

To receive Conference news and publications, send your email and mailing addresses to office@naccu.org. NOTE: If you are a member of NACCU, you will automatically receive these updates.
