CALL FOR PRESENTERS

Share your knowledge with your fellow attendees and help bring excitement to the 2011 NACCU Conference in Baltimore. Propose a topic from one of six educational tracks – Beginners, Business, Marketing, Security, Technology, or Trends and Innovations.

For presentation ideas, here are specific topics requested by 2010 Conference attendees. If you have experience and knowledge in any of these areas or in other subjects that could be beneficial to attendees, please submit your proposal to present.

Best Business practices for Card Programs

Contactless technologies

Coordinating services across campuses

Current events at institutions.

Federal initiatives/compliance and the impact upon institutions

Funding a Card Program and ROI (return on investment)

How to host a regional meeting

How to improve client service with a one-card program

In depth marketing techniques and how marketing pieces/ technologies are created

Integrating card systems with other campus systems

Linking the one card or campus programs to student... client service aspect. 

Marketing with a small budget

Migrating to a new platform, readers, printers, etc

Office start-up

Planning for moving to new card technologies

Policies and Procedures

Relationships between the card program and on and off campus entities. 

Security Policy Management

The future of the 'card' as an identification device. Is the sun setting on the traditional ID card?

The latest advances in technology

The RFI/RFP process and timelines and challenges related to this

Use of social networking sites

Web/mobile integration.

SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL NOW

We welcome proposals from institutional members and corporate members. The proposal should include the session title, description and learning outcomes.  Educational Sessions are 60 minutes in length and should include time for questions.

Institutional members who are chosen to present will receive their choice of a $200 discount on Conference registration or a $200 discount on the hotel bill. This is a wonderful incentive to share your expertise!
