Ground Transportation at the Orlando Airport

Car Rental: The major national rental car companies are represented at the Orlando airport.

Taxi: Taxi fares are about $50 (one-way) from/to the airport and Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.  The fare is per cab regardless of the number of passengers.  Taxis are readily available at the airport.  The trip to the hotel is usually about 30-35 minutes.

Shuttle:  For shuttle service, Disney recommends Mears Airport Shuttle.  The rates are $17 (one way) and $29 (round trip, but you need to buy both ways upfront) per person.  You can make reservations on-line (www.mearstransportation.com) and collect your ticket from a kiosk at the airport.  There can be a wait at the airport and the shuttle may make several stops before arriving at the hotel.  Plan on one to two hours from Baggage Claim to hotel lobby.
