InstaPayment, Inc. provides integrated web-based payment solutions and financial services using advanced smart card technologies.

CampusCards.com provides K-12 and IHL education markets with fully integrated web-based solutions that include student ID smart cards, Point-of-Sale terminals and our website to enable on-campus and soon off-campus purchases.  Students may use their ID smart card to purchase meals, student store supplies, and more. From our website, funds can get transferred and applied to the card. Card purchase activity can be viewed securely from the website, information such as student medical needs, allergies and much more can be securely stored within the highly encrypted smart card chip.

With our CampusCards program, schools receive a mass broadcast Emergency Alert System at no cost. When registering, parents, students and faculty can opt-in by including their Email and phone numbers within our CampusCards website. In the event of any school emergency or broadcast, school officials simply record their message for rapid distribution to all members. Email and text message alerts are also provided.

Why our CampusCards program is so valuable to schools:

  • Absolutely no cost to most schools! We provide all ID smart cards, card readers, POS terminals and Emergency Alert Service at no cost. Our revenue is generated by a nominal card ‘reload/convenience’ fee that is applied only when funds get transferred to the card, similar to an ATM.
  • Highly encrypted and secure ID smart card for information and emergency contact data storage.
  • Emergency Alert System included at no cost. Simple, secure and highly desired by students and parents.
  • Secure online payment processing and school invoice presentation and payment solution.
  • Improve school cafeteria payment process time, reduce meal lines, improve data reporting and administration, and improve security, efficiency and convenience.
  • A web-based service. Very minimal school IT effort is required. There are no system administration, system integration, server or database management requirements. We handle all of the heavy lifting. There is no hardware or software required, nor hardware or software costs. System installation requires just power and an internet connection.
  • Schools can use any portion of our services, such as electronic payment processing only, or our entire CampusCards program.

Our student ID smart card chip operating system is designed around universal smart card standards, enabling our smart cards to operate with security access readers, security control doors and gates, smart card enabled vending machines, smart card enabled mass transit, and more.  One card is all that is needed from CampusCards.com.

About C-COM

PREPAID PHONE CARD PROVIDER

C-COM’s pre paid phone cards were developed to provide students with an economical and dependable means of making long distance phone calls while maintaining control of their expenses.

The pre paid cards were designed for resale by campus stores. The cards have highly competitive rates that make them a desirable product on college campuses. The discount programs to the campus stores are among the strongest in the industry.   C-COM can provide posters to increase the sales for the stores.

The cards can be recharged using any major credit card, 24 hours a day, by dialing a toll free number. Campus stores receive additional income whenever one of the cards they have sold is recharged.

Pre paid phone cards are available in three denominations: $5.00, $10.00, and $20.00. Other denominations are available upon request.

The cards can be used from any touch-tone phone throughout the United States and Canada. Calls can be placed to any phone number, world wide, which is accessible by direct dial. The cards contain dialing instructions and the service provides voice prompts to guide the caller. Voice prompts are available in a number of languages.   There are no hidden fees or charges.  All charges are explained clearly on the back of the cards.

Please call C-COM at 888-229-0921 for further information.

If you attended the 2005 NACCU Annual Conference you should have received one of our premium products: a card case with keychain made of vinyl. With the increasing cost of cards, particularly those with chips or magnetic strips it is very important to prevent them from becoming lost or damaged. Some card cost estimates show that by the year 2005, the average card will cost $2-$5 each. It is a good investment to be sure your cards are carried while limiting loss and damage. While the cost of replacement cards is typically passed on to the user, the cost of managing replacement may exceed the cost of the card itself.

Collegiate Concepts has recently introduced the same card case without the keyring, thus lowering the cost per unit. Additionally, Collegiate Concepts will soon offer a case without the outer pocket, reducing costs further yet.

Collegiate Concepts also offers lanyards and retractable card holders to increase usage and reduce loss of cards.

Further, Collegiate Concepts offers a full line of imprintable products to market and promote the use of cards. Some products used frequently to promote card use include: shirts, folders, pens, and drinkware.

Our main products are protective card cases, which offer sponsorship opportunities by banks and business with a second side imprint option available.

Please note that our card case keyring offers the aluminum grommet to prevent keyrings from tearing away from vinyl.

All NACCU members have been placed on "Gold Account" status, entitling them to free delivery (via ground service) & screen or set-up charges.

Products and Services

Magna Carta develops and supplies all the vital components of complete smart card systems. These components, such as card reload and distribution stations, terminals, smartcard software and back office software, form the cornerstones of the different applications. The combination of these high quality components creates both an integrated system and an extensive degree of flexibility. Multi-functionality is made possible by Carthago, the powerful multifunctional Smart card software platform developed by Magna Carta.

The resulting Smart Site System is a comprehensive multifunctional smart card system for closed environments, which is in use at many universities and high schools. Since 1984, NuVision Networks has supplied One Card Systems to the higher education market place.  Our only business is One Card Systems.  NuVision Networks is considered a leader in innovation within the market place.  The first with graphical interfaces, the first system to operate using Windows, the first to operate using TCP/IP, and the first to incorporate encryption on all transactions.  NuVision customer base extends from Maine to California, and Minnesota to Florida.  Colleges with populations as small as 700 to as large as 60,000

NuVision’s Primary product is iAMECS Advanced (Access Monitoring Eligibility and Control System) that is an Enterprise System containing few limitations.  There is no limit to the number of cardholder, card readers, card designs, meal plans, etc.

iAMECS Advanced uses the power of Microsoft SQL and communicates at 200 transactions per second across a network while using AES 256-bit encryption with Packet-Lok technology from reader to host server…making iAMECS Advanced unique in the industry.  This encryption extends to both wire and wireless devices, (all NVN readers and POS are capable of using wireless this even includes vending devices).

As a true Enterprise system, major components, which in other systems are supplied by third party vendors, are created by NuVision and supplied as standard features.  These include:VideoPro internal image capture and ID card production software. Captured images appear in specified reports, on POS screens, select reader screens including wireless devices.

Campus Center, our web component, provides a wide variety of services and features to cardholders including the ability to view accounts and add value.  Lost cards can be reported and instantly deactivated.  Other features include voting, surveys, ordering or reserving tickets to any type of event, applying for parking permits, paying fines and fees, controlling laser printing on campus, ordering products and services from both on campus and off campus vendors and more.

IAS-POS, our Point of Sale software, provides a POS system designed specifically for college needs. This robust system has unlimited menus, displays cardholder images, virtually unlimited tender options and much more.  Coupled with IBM POS systems that require no intermediate POS server we provide the most flexible POS system available.   NuVision Networks is the only One Card System that has qualified as an IBM Business Partner.  Our joint NVN/IBM teamwork provides support 24/7/365 with 4-hour on-site response.

iAMECS Advance is designed to interface directly with other major systems and many interfaces exist for bookstore, access control ,housing, etc.  At NVN, we consider an interface to be real time, not an occasional download, and in this area we excel.   Interfaces also exist for most major SIS systems including Banner.  Upon establishing NVN as their only One Card System business partner, Sungard SCT issued the following statement:

“NuVision Networks and Sungard SCT have joined to bring you a bold new vision for the campus of the future where you’re one card system and your administrative system are so tightly coupled that they act as one.  This joint development effort is about to transform the way your campus operates by giving you an unparalleled level of control and sophistication.”

NVN Provides 24/7/365 customer support.  This support extends to providing custom reports at no charge.  We believe that a One Card System should work for you and not require you to change other systems for the sake of your card system.  To that extent, NVN provides the ability to make modifications and changes to the method that our system operates and the features that can be added so as best meet your requirements.  As our existing customer base knows, tell us what you want and we will do it!

Corporate offices are in NAPA, CA, sales offices are located in Newtown Square, PA. For more information or to see a live demonstration if iAMECS Advanced, please contact Niles P. Dally, VP Sales and Marketing at 800-878-8363 or ndally@erols.com

PLASTIC CARD MANUFACTURER: The ProCard Group LLC is dedicated exclusively to manufacturing the highest quality blank PVC white, colors, and the long-life PROCARD5 Composite Card.

PROCARD5 The revolutionary five-year PROCARD5 influences any conventional and specialty market where durability, longevity, and cost are essential. By utilizing the most advanced technology, we are confident that we will surpass our customers’ expectations by having the card function in the harshest environments such as in universities, healthcare, and the security industry.

The PROCARD5 composite/PVC material fuses together under high heat and pressure creating a single piece I-beam constructed material. By interposing six layers of PVC and polyester structurally, enhances the card’s integrity giving it maximum strength and durability. In addition, you can add any width of either Lo Coercivity or Hi-Coercivity FLUSH magnetic stripes to all our card products.

Both our PVC and PROCARD5 cards are extremely receptive to all dye diffusion thermal transfer printers, resulting in high quality four-color process photos. Our products are also very receptive with high-speed commercial ink jet printers used to imprint variable data, such as numbers and bar codes. The PROCARD5 has passed both the INCITS and ISO requirements for flex, stress, humidity, cracking, and peeling. All of our equipment and process procedures at The ProCard Group LLC are designed around ISO-9001 process procedures.
