The Sequoia Campus Kiosk is a self-service device that helps improve productivity and overall customer service while reducing operating costs. This innovative platform, powered by Sequoia Retail Systems, Inc. using advanced kiosk hardware technology, allows cardholders to place and pay for orders as well as manage their campus card accounts via an easy-to-use interface.

Speed of service is improved by allowing customers to pay for their orders in advance using their campus card (discretionary account or cash equivalency), credit card or debit card. The interface also allows for up-sell and cross-promotions that can increase the average transaction amount. Allowing for customer-activated food ordering also provides an opportunity to reduce personnel costs.
In addition, the 24-hour account management module enables expanded campus card office hours. Cardholders can check their balance, deposit funds or transfer funds 24 hours a day.
Parking fee payment, advertisement posting, and event ticketing are also possible with the Sequoia Campus Kiosk.
