Boston, Massachusetts: Student Advantage, LLC recently announced several changes to the structure of its college and university relations team. Adam J. Nelson has assumed the role of Director, University Marketing and Relations, a new position at Student Advantage. Adam is now responsible for all university relationships and marketing programs. In this role, he will work closely with Kathleen (“KB”) Brugger, Director, University Relations, to further the company’s reach in the college and university marketplace.
Further expanding the team, Angela Pellegrino, formerly of UPartners, a division of AllDorm, Inc., has joined Student Advantage as Director, University Relations working with prospective customers interested in the company’s University ID and Direct Mail programs. Kathryn (“Kate”) Murphy has also come onboard as a University Account Manager focusing on customer support and execution of Student Advantage programs.
“This is a very exciting time for Student Advantage—we are growing quickly,” says Adam J. Nelson, Director, University Marketing and Relations. “Last year we saw an 80% increase in the number of schools participating in our University ID program, proving the marketplace has accepted our newest program innovation, the University ID integration with the Student Advantage Discount Card. Student Advantage’s University ID and Direct Mail programs not only provide great services to students, but also serve as new revenue channels for partnering schools. The additions to our staff will improve awareness of these important programs that benefit both students and universities.
