CardSmith Acquires Patent License from JSA Technologies

All Current and Prospective Customers Licensed to Use CardSmith’s On-Line Value Transfer Solution

Doylestown, PA - CardSmith LLC announced today that it has reached a permanent license agreement with JSA Technologies in connection with JSA’s on-line value transfer patent.  As a result of this agreement, all current and prospective CardSmith clients are fully and properly licensed with JSA Technologies to use CardSmith’s On-Line Cardholder Account Center and Web Value Transfer Service.
