annual User
Group
Conference (UGC)
September
25–28, 2009,
at the
Baltimore
Marriott
Waterfront
in
Baltimore,
Maryland.
The
conference’s
theme,
“Sharing a
Wealth of
Knowledge,”
reflected
the event’s
focus on
providing
meaningful
educational,
training,
and
networking
opportunities
to the
nearly 450
attendees.
CBORD’s
conference
was focused
on providing
clients with
solutions
and ideas
that would
make a
marked
difference
in their
organizations.
The User
Group
Conference
featured
certification
courses and
educational
sessions on
CBORDŽ
products and
services
designed to
decrease
costs,
enhance
revenues,
and provide
increased
safety and
security. 93
unique
training
sessions and
29
certification
sessions
filled the
conference’s
four-day
schedule.

conference
