Digital
Identification Solutions
Announces Change on the
Management Board
Stuttgart/Germany, 12 January
2010 – Digital Identification
Solutions AG (DISO), a leading
international ID solutions
provider, announces that Frank
Posnanski has been appointed as
new CFO and successor to Tassilo
Mayer effective February
01, 2010.
Tassilo Mayer
took over as CFO in 2006 and
will leave the company for
personal reasons following the
end of his contract. During his
tenure, he oversaw and promoted
the company’s expansion. The
advisory board expresses its
gratitude to Mr. Mayer for the
work he has done.
Mr. Posnanski
was until recently CFO at
Pulsion Medical Systems, a
company based in Munich.
Previously, he was a Divisional
Head at Kabel BW, where he moved
from being Head of Accounting
Europe at Johnson Electrics. He
will oversee the divisions of
Finance, Investor Relations,
Logistics and Administration.
Gerd Schaefer,
CEO of the Digital
Identification Solutions Group,
comments: "During the selection
process, I also had an
opportunity for an in-depth
exchange of ideas with Mr. Posnanski. The two things that
impressed me most about his
career so far are his track
record for achieving growth and
his focus on long-term corporate
goals. I already look forward to
working with Frank Posnanski for
many years to come, and I am
convinced that, together, we
will be able keep DISO firmly on
course for success.’
