Version 6 Keeps Students and Administrators Informed with Account Alerts and Detailed Reporting

Version 6 supports real-time email notifications generated by Odyssey PCS. For example, an alert can be configured to notify an administrator when a specific patron’s card is used, or a patron can be alerted if an account balance falls below a threshold level. An enhanced MICROS^® integration makes it easy to view item-level detail with Odyssey. For example, if a customer disputes a charge, an administrator can quickly and easily access the transaction data to resolve any issues.

·         Real-time privilege information is at your fingertips with the Odyssey PCS Web Activities module. Look up patrons and instantly verify eligibility, freeing your staff from cumbersome and possibly outdated static lists.

·         Super efficient payment options for campus events or new venues with the Odyssey PCS Web Sales module. Simply search for patrons or swipe their cards and process payment through Odyssey PCS—no need to handle cash!
