2011 - TruSec ID, Inc. (TSI)
is pleased to announce the
acquisition of ISG Member,
Legend Data Systems, Inc.,
the Seattle/Kent, Washington
based provider of ID,
Security and Card Issuance
Solutions. TSI has acquired
Legend and will provide a
comprehensive global
consolidating platform for
efficient delivery and
service
of ID, emergency response,
access control, payment
systems, and
healthcare and education
market solutions.
TSI has been formed by the
prior President and CEO of
Datacard Group, Jeffrey
Hattara. This strategic
alliance between ISG Members
and TSI is designed to
provide immediate full scale
coverage in partnership with
Bridgeway Solutions of North
Carolina (South), Higgins
Office Products in New
England (East), Midwest Card
and ID Solutions in
Missouri/Kansas (Midwest),
and Legend Data Systems
(West).
In the initial
partnership with Mike
Bridges, David Higgins, and
Phil Johannes, TSI has
created a needed platform to
provide a genuine and
complete solutions
integration entity designed
to better support the sales
and service of its
world-class suite of
products.
