ICMA To Hold 12th Annual 2003 Expo
The International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA) will hold its 12th Annual EXPO-the world’s premier card manufacturing and personalization event-in Cancun, Mexico.
The event will be held November 9-12, 2003, at the Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach and will feature Michael Swiecicki, president and CEO, Plastag Corporation, as the conference chairman. The theme for this year’s EXPO is "Business Strategies for a Slow Economy."
"Our world is plagued with economic uncertainty and rising levels of security concerns," said Jeffrey Barnhart, executive director, ICMA. "This year’s EXPO will widely address industry and business security, as well as challenges and strategies of managing your business in today’s economy."
The exhibition portion of this year’s EXPO will host key industry organizations whose target customers are card manufacturers and personalizers.
The ICMA conference program consists of both management and technical topics including new global security concerns and the introduction of chip cards for IDs. - IMCA
