iCollege purchases AT&T CampusWide

iCollege has agreed to purchase AT&T CampusWide from AT&T. AT&T recognizes that CampusWide is the premier provider of online transaction processing systems to the college and university marketplace, and feels that divesting this business at this time will help CampusWide achieve its growth potential. After a long and diligent process in which several prospective buyers were evaluated, iCollege was selected as the best choice for the customers and associates of CampusWide.  

iCollege, Inc. has served the college market on a national basis since 1984 through its Campus Services Group (previously CEI), which enjoys business relationships with over 1,300 colleges and universities. iCollege, Inc. combines the talents and quality products of a number of college-focused businesses into one dedicated service provider for the college and university marketplace. iCollege's mission is to offer the most comprehensive online resource for every constituency of the college community: prospective students and parents, in-college students, faculty, alumni, and administrators.

CampusWide will remain in Phoenix and continue marketing, selling and serving the college market with the Optim9000 Access System.
