NACCU Terms of Use
These terms of use are an agreement between National Association of
Credit Card Users ("NACCU") and users of its website ("you" or "user").
This agreement (the "Agreement") also governs your use of the services
made available through its website (the "Website"). By using the
Website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to all of the
terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them in connection with
your use of the Website. NACCU reserves the right to modify or
supplement any or all of the terms of this Agreement from time to time
without notice to you.
NACCU reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend
or terminate access to all or any part of the Website or to change,
suspend or discontinue all or any aspect of the Website, including the
availability of any feature, database, information or content, at any
time and without prior notice or liability.

you to web pages or websites of other companies to make their products
and services available to you or to enable you to communicate directly

NACCU, you agree and represent that you are the sole owner of the

publication, distribution or use of the content by NACCU will not
infringe any rights of any third party, and you are be solely
responsible for any damages resulting from such submissions. You are be
solely responsible for obtaining such permission and agree to indemnify

Website, including but not limited to distribution as part of NACCU’s
services or in NACCU’s electronic and print publications, without
compensation or attribution to you.
NACCU has no obligation to publish, display or use any content
submitted by you nor does it have any obligation or liability for any

personal data including contact information. You agree to provide true
and accurate information in connection with your registration and to
promptly notify NACCU of any changes in the registration information.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold NACCU harmless from and against
any and all claims from third parties arising out of or in any way
related to and any and all claims, losses, damages and expenses
(including attorneys' fees) resulting from your use of the Website or
breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the form of action.
You agree that any supplier of any portion of NACCU Content is entitled
to enforce its rights against you as though that supplier is a party to
these terms and conditions.
General Terms
This Agreement, all intellectual property issues, and your rights and
obligations are governed by the laws of the United States of America and
the State of Arizona governing contracts wholly entered into and wholly
performed within Arizona and any action to enforce these terms and
conditions or in any manner related to NACCU will be brought exclusively
in the federal or state courts located in Phoenix, Arizona and you agree
to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NACCU
with respect to the Website, and supersedes all previous written or oral
agreements with respect to such subject matter. If any inconsistency
exists between the terms of this agreement and any additional terms and
conditions posted on the Website, the terms will be interpreted as to
eliminate any inconsistency, if possible, and otherwise, the additional
terms and conditions will control. The provisions of this Agreement will
be deemed severable and the invalidity or unenforceability of any
provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the other
provision hereof. Any provision determined to be invalid or
unenforceable will be modified, to the extent possible, to be valid and
enforceable so as to retain the intent of the parties.
Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes
copyright infringement, please provide the NACCU’s copyright agent the
following information:
1. an electronic or
physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the
owner of the copyright interest;
2. a description of the
copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
3. a description of where
the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Website;
4. your address, telephone
number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that
you have a good faith belief that the dispute use is not authorized by
the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made
under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is
accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on
the copyright owners behalf.
