Opening - Information Systems Analyst
Under the direction of the Director of Dining Services, the Dining Systems Analyst is responsible for operation of the POS System, end user operation and Support and the Food Service Management System, automated menu planning, forecasting, inventory control and purchasing system. Position will be responsible to provide critical financial and production data for the successful operation and financial stability of Dining Services. In addition, the Manager will be responsible for training of all managers and staff on how to successfully utilize all of the systems. Working knowledge of the card reader access system, general IT technical abilities and retrieve critical data to augment all systems is required. In addition, position is also oversees and maintains systems critical to the Campus Dining Services operations. These systems include, but are not limited to, Micros POS system, Mobile Micros, TimePro, credit card systems ,EBT and Dining services offered through ePay etc. The Dining Systems Analyst supports the maintenance and operations of the systems utilized by Dining Services. These systems include Point of Sale (POS), menu management, etc.
