Manage the daily operations of the Gator 1 Card Office and HSC branch to ensure department goals and objectives are met

• Support day-to-day operations, including achieving customer service standards and accurately creating ID cards for the UF community

• Ensure payment card industry data security standards (PCI DSS) are met and maintained

• Proactively communicate with customers via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism; troubleshoot customer problems and reconcile accounts

• Select, train, supervise, and evaluate office staff including student staff; complete new-hire procedures, conduct performance reviews, initiate corrective actions as needed, and approve time for employees

• Determine and recommend staffing needs

• Manage work assignments, workflow, and work schedules to meet office goals and objectives

• Serve as department liaison for ID card programs and distance learning programs
