Opening - ClipperCard Manager
The ClipperCard Manager is a key contributor to the success of dining services program year-round for students, faculty, staff, as well as primary administrator for CBORD Odyssey Privilege Control System software application. The ClipperCard Manager develops management information reports to guide strategic and tactical planning by university leadership, including VPs of Finance and Facilities, and Student Life. This role directs student employees, contractors, organizes operations, develops marketing and communication messages, for all aspects of ClipperCard program; serves as a key contributor to success of auxiliary services and campus activities including dining services, bookstore, laundry, off-campus merchants, by enabling privileges and spending accounts; and manages the CBORD vendor relationship, affiliated hardware/software, generates related reports. Collaborates constantly with Accounts Payable, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, Residence Life to manage patron accounts. Key to financial reconciliation and the administration of multi-million-dollar reimbursements and payments to partner merchants using Odyssey PCS, PeopleSoft General Ledger and student financial system. Assists in providing cardholders a roster of business partners who offer goods and services to via ClipperCard pay mechanism, including on-campus and off-campus in the greater Salem community.
