Opening - Manager, Campus Card
The University of Nevada, Reno invites applications for a Campus Card Manager. This position reports directly to the Director Campus Card and Special Projects and is responsible for the overall management of the operations of the campus one-card (WolfCard) program and office. This includes management of the card office and staff; program planning for execution and future expansion of services to on and off-campus customers, departments and vendors; marketing and customer service; program security; program budgeting/accounting; regulation compliance; management reporting; management of system maintenance and food vendor contracts; purchasing of all cards and equipment for the office and vendors in support of the program including server software for the program. Individual departments are responsible for administration of the card as it affects their operations but this position coordinates with them on their card requirements. This position is responsible for managing the Transact TSE system as a whole.
