The Manager, GWorld Customer Service position is a key member of the GWorld leadership team. This role manages the daily customer service operations of the GWorld Card office, supervises the customer service team, and manages the GWorld card issuance process and related policies. This is a management position at the university that, in addition to leading a work unit, leads and manages staff, makes hiring and firing decisions, provides coaching, training and mentoring, manages performance and determines future staffing needs. This position reports to the Director, GWorld Card Program Office position.
