Opening - Part-Time HofstraCard Administrator
Reporting to the Director, HofstraCard Servcies, the HofstraCard Administrator will support the daily administration of the Office of HofstraCard Services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Produces, issues and replaces ID cards.
• Produces Passport photos.
• Assists in managing the front desk.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Processes cash and check transactions.
• Performs basic preventative maintenance on card reader equipment.
• Utilizes the AutoTASK work order system in the performance of duties.
• Other administrative tasks associated with Hofstra ID cards and the Student Connections and Branding Program, as needed.
This position will work up to 16-20 hours a week between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. Shifts will vary.
