Opening - Security & Access Control Systems Field Specialist
The Department of Facilities Operations, Site Protection is searching for an experienced Security & Access Control Systems Field Specialist. This position will report to the Manager of Security and Access Control Systems. The Security & Access Control Systems Field Specialist will be responsible for oversight of key physical security projects at the University. The successful candidate will need to work closely with all primary stakeholders such as the University Department of Public Safety, University Housing Department, and Office of Capital Planning, all of whom rely on Site Protection to provide exceptional service and reliable systems regarding access control and security systems. The successful candidate will ensure new building physical security system installations meet design intent as well as University design standards. Upon successful awarding of physical security projects, the position will be responsible for field coordination and project oversight through final acceptance testing of the systems.
