Business Affairs is seeking an IT services Specialist to join its technical team and innovative leadership to advance the student/customer experience. This position will provide the daily technical and administrative support needed for the CarolinaCard office and other auxiliary areas to include food services, bookstore, vending, etc. Primary duties include training, problem solving, routine system checks and website maintenance. Other responsibilities include providing software and hardware technical services, project management and administrative support for the Door Access system, monitoring of the CSGold system and providing customer service equipment troubleshooting services.
