Opening Reception

Join us at the Opening Reception! Wear your colors - represent your school, card program, or sports teams by wearing your favorite gear! Is this your first time at the NACCU Annual Conference? Come on in the reception and head over to First-Timers' Corner. You'll get to meet NACCU board members and staff, and be introduced to other first-timers and seasoned attendees. Perfect for extroverts and introverts alike! This event is held in the Riverview Room at the Marriott, which is directly across the street from the convention center.

NACCU 2024 Awards Luncheon & 2025 Preview

You voted for your favorites in the Best Card Design & Best Video Award categories. You may have even submitted a nomination yourself. Join as we announce the recipients of our 2024 awards! Following the awards presentation, we'll take a look at NACCU 2025, and one lucky conference participant will win the Grand Prize - free registration to NACCU 2025, including hotel nights and up to $400 in airfare.
NACCU Night Out
Wednesday, April 17, 6:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Step up to the plate and swing for the fences as we end the NACCU 2024 Annual Conference! Batter up for an experience that's sure to be a home run! Why all the baseball puns? Because on this last evening of the conference, you'll end your conference experience with NACCU Night Out at Great American Ballpark, Home of the Cincinnati Reds! While the Reds are away, NACCU will play! We will be offering limited tours of the park and you'll be able to meet the team mascot, Mr. Red. Network and enjoy ballpark food with all your NACCU friends, and jump into a late trivia match to wrap up the evening! Whether you're a rookie or a seasoned pro, we're here to pitch the best conference experience yet.
Post-Conference Tour:
Xavier University
Thursday, April 18, 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED - $70
Join us for a walking tour of Xavier University! We’ll visit our autonomous market, award-winning first-ever pizza ATM, the Xavier One Pass office, chapel, mail center, and other notable areas. We’ll have time to visit the bookstore, Musketeer Mezzanine, and take photos at popular campus hotspots. The bus will have participants back to the hotel by noon for travels back home.
