What does your company do?
WaitWell is an award-winning software solution that modernizes service delivery on campuses across North America. We make service better for students and staff and provide transparency into service operations for campus administrators.
What products and services do you provide specifically to campus card operations?
We streamline the process of students retrieving their campus cards. Students join the line or make an appointment from anywhere on their mobile device and arrive just in time for service. With WaitWell, staff members know exactly what service the student needs before service starts. Staff can send and receive text messages with students in line to ensure they are prepared. We make sure students always arrive at the right place, at just the right time, decreasing service time by as much as 48%. On the back end, administration gets detailed data insights which can help them make better decisions on staffing, budgeting, etc.
Is there a new product or service you want to tell us about?
Our industry-leading service analytics set us apart from other comparable solutions. We currently offer 21 data reports that provide deep insights for campus administrators into service operations. All reports can be sorted by date, region, location, time, and service provider.
A brand new capability we just added to our software is Virtual Meetings. With this set of features, students will be able to request service by video chat or by phone when they join the line.
