It is also accepted as payment by hundreds of retailers across the state. Our team works closely with the Support Center In-Person Support (SCIPS) team to provide CrimsonCard services and support to students, faculty, staff, and affiliates of Indiana University
Job Summary
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Provides client service support via in-person, email, and phone for CrimsonCard and related services; documents all client interactions for research, review, and future reference.
- Issues physical and digital photo ID cards to eligible university students, faculty, staff, and affiliates of the University, including reviewing and processing online photo submissions and mail-out requests.
- Assists in coordination of ID card distribution for departments/groups and consults with representatives to identify and address program needs.
- Processes sales for CrimsonCard deposits and merchandise.
- Regularly reviews and updates documentation in the IU Knowledge Base and CrimsonCard website for both internal and public consumption.
- Provides guidance to SCIPS part-time team members as needed; monitors performance via ticket tracking and personnel documentation.
- Assists in training of new SCIPS part-time staff and works closely with SCIPS full-time staff to regularly review and update training materials.
- Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all records and documents.
