The NACCU Industry Essentials Institute Online is an online workshop directed at institutional and corporate members who would benefit from an industry introduction or review.

What Will You Learn?

Sessions and events are specifically designed to help attendees learn the fundamentals of campus card programs, industry best practices, and communication techniques. You will participate in valuable discussions and make new connections with your peers.

Panelists will share an overview of their campus card program including campus services offered, program structure, funding, technology, and responsibilities. You’ll learn about industry terminology, campus identification credentials, marketing, innovations, best practices, online photo submission, customer service, mobile credentials, NACCU resources and more.

We’ll also hold round table discussions facilitated by campus professionals. These small group break-outs are highly rated year after year. You'll be asked for your topics of interest prior to attending to ensure your needs are met.

Cost

$99 Per Person

Note: Participants who complete the course, including attendance at all three sessions, will receive a $25 discount code for the in-person IEI at the NACCU 2024 Annual Conference.

Testimonials from attendees:

Take it all in. The experience of IEI was great from a first-time attendee perspective. The networking on a small scale prior to Conference helps everyone become more comfortable about talking with others before you see the Conference on a much grander scale with more people from other universities. The team selected to teach IEI was great and very welcoming.

Everyone should attend at least once. It gave me a great opportunity to connect with several professionals in more depth.

I can't even begin to tell you how helpful this was for me. I am almost two years into my position managing the card office with no prior experience of how to do this. The information I learned during IEI and the NACCU conference is invaluable.
