NACCU New Member Highlight:
Fatih Group

In this latest installment of our New Member Highlight, we catch up with Joe Fallon, Director of Security and Construction Services with new NACCU member, Faith Group.
Talk about the history of your company.
Faith Group, LLC is a women-owned (WBE) consulting and engineering firm committed to helping educational institutions modernize their campuses through thoughtful planning, design, and long-term systems strategy. Founded in 2004 as a security-first firm, we have since expanded our capabilities to include IT/network, cybersecurity, audiovisual/acoustics, and MEPFP systems.
For more than 20 years, we have partnered with colleges and universities nationwide to strengthen safety, improve operational coordination, and ensure security and access systems evolve alongside campus risks and needs.
We believe successful campus security is not defined by individual technologies, but by how well programs, people, and technology work together. As higher education transitions toward connected OneCard environments and integrated access control, Faith Group has become a trusted partner helping institutions navigate that complexity with clarity and sustainable roadmaps.
What does your company do?
Faith Group provides independent security consulting, planning, design engineering, and construction support—including testing and commissioning—with a strong focus on the education market.
We help campuses assess their current environments, establish clear security and access strategies, and deliver implementation-ready plans aligned with operational realities. Our work spans the full lifecycle of campus security initiatives—from program management and master planning through design, bid support, construction administration, and commissioning.
Whether a campus is evaluating a OneCard transition or upgrading security system infrastructure, we serve as a trusted advisor supporting stakeholder alignment and end-user adoption.
