Opening - Assistant Director of Housing, Access Control
The Assistant Director for Housing, Access Control manages the electronic card access system for the University of New Hampshire – Durham Campus. The position reports to the Director of Housing and is member of the Housing and Residential Life Leadership Team. They supervise and lead the Housing Networked Systems (HNS) staff and programs: networked systems is comprised of 2-3 professional staff, 2-3 student staff, and the Software House™ C•CURE 9000 Security + Event Management Access System™. They serve as the Housing stakeholder representative for Wi-Fi service in the residential buildings. They address customer service, customer requirements, unresolved complaints and contract issues. They ensure that the network availability and configurations to meet HNS networked devices requirements.
