USCard Services provides physical identification credentials to the USC community — including students, faculty, staff, and affiliates — and manages a variety of related services. These include access control for university facilities, student meal plans, discretionary accounts, faculty and staff payroll deduction accounts, as well as support for Mailing, Ticket Office, and Cashier Office services. As the Computer Consultant Specialist, you will provide specialized technical support, assistance, and advice on the use of computer hardware, software, and networks to faculty, students, and staff. You will deliver outstanding customer service and proactively assist with any technology needs, ensuring users have the support they need to succeed.
