Opening - Parking/Card Customer Service Coordinator
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a Parking/Card Customer Service Coordinator on the Dahlonega campus. This position will be the front-line customer service liaison between students, faculty, staff and guests for the card/parking office on the Dahlonega campus utilizing excellent customer service via email, phone and in person. Must have great customer services skills, including de-escalation, and able to effectively pull information to quickly address any customers questions, issues, or complaints. Additionally, this position requires a high level of technical skills to easily manage and utilize multiple software systems to support customer inquiries and concerns related to parking and card.
