Welcome to the NACCU LEAP Program. This program is an 8-month program to help participants gain an understanding of association governance, and how NACCU operates within the higher education association environment. It is designed to prepare leaders for major volunteer roles within NACCU and, for some, future considerations for board service. 

Throughout the program, you will engage in conversations that focus on high-level association knowledge and explore the differences between working on campus, serving as a volunteer on a committee, and serving on a board.
