Phoenix, AZ – April 17, 2025 – NACCU is honored to welcome Kim Pfeffer to her new role as President of the NACCU Board of Directors. Kim was elected by NACCU membership to fill the role in 2024. Her term as President began at the NACCU Annual Business Meeting on April 8, 2025, and she will serve through the NACCU 2026 Annual Business Meeting.
Kimberly Graham-Pfeffer (Kim Pfeffer), Director, EmoryCard + Interim Director, Campus Life Technology Services at Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia) has built her career in varied campus life and auxiliary services roles over the past 20+ years but found her home in the campus card industry. A proud graduate of Millersville (B.A. History) and Temple (Ed.M. Educational Administration) Universities in Pennsylvania, Kim held various roles at LaSalle and Thomas Jefferson Universities, both in her hometown of Philadelphia, prior to joining Emory in 2018.
Named NACCU Volunteer of the Year in 2020, Kim has served in various volunteer roles since 2016, and on the Board of Directors since 2021. She has provided her insights and experience to the NACCU membership as a faculty member for the Industry Essentials Institute, contributor to the "NACCU Onboarding Guide," conference and webinar presenter, blog writer, and podcast co-host. Completing the SAGs program in 2023, Kim has continued building her skills with NACCU as a recent attendee at the Data Summit.
