Talk about the history of your company.
Apex Order Pickup Solutions was founded to solve a growing challenge: as mobile ordering expanded, pickup lines got longer and harder for campus teams to manage. Drawing on years of experience in automated handoff, we built smart locker solutions that make food pickup fast, secure, and easy for both students and staff. Over the past decade, we’ve supported campuses of all sizes as they modernize mobile ordering without adding complexity to existing systems.
What does your company do?
We make automated pickup solutions that help students get their meals fast and help staff stay focused on service instead of handoff through smart locker technology. Our systems remove lines, reduce crowding, and keep pickup running smoothly. Peak time. Downtime. Anytime.
What products and services do you provide specifically to campus card operations?
We work within existing campus meal plans, mobile ordering, and POS ecosystems so order pickup stays tied into the programs students are already using. We partner with dining and IT to align on logic, and workflows, helping students grab their orders smoothly without headaches or holdups for staff.
Is there a new product or service you want to tell us about?
Yes! We recently introduced the OrderHQ® Array Series, a modular locker system designed to fit nearly any campus space. Like all our solutions, Array connects with meal plans and mobile credentials and gives students a fast, secure pickup option—without extra work for dining or credential staff.
What are you hoping to gain from your NACCU membership?
We want to learn from credential professionals and better understand how mobile IDs, access rules, and meal plans shape the student experience. NACCU’s community plays a big role in making campus life run smoothly, and we’re excited to share what we’ve learned from recent deployments and be a helpful partner as campuses expand mobile ordering and automated pickup.
